Abby is a lifelong Clevelander, growing up in Bay Village and attending Cleveland State University before she became a licensed Realtor in 2004. Abby became a realtor after watching her late grandfather, George Manning, work in the industry. He was a broker and commercial and residential developer who owned and developed commercial and residential real estate throughout Cleveland. His business sense and passion for real estate quickly became one that Abby would mirror. Abby has worked hard to become a top Cleveland Ohio realtor.
Abby bought her first home when she was 24 and it was a fixer-upper. She enjoyed every aspect of her personal real estate transaction from the house hunt to the remodeling and designing of the home. Abby then realized she wanted to help others through their real estate transactions.
